Nourish to flourish babyyyy! 🌈🍓🍌🥭
I whip up a smoothie almost everyday. They quite possibly could be my favorite food (I have a serious sweet tooth) 😋 and they're jam packed with essential vitamins and minerals. I like to experiment with all the flavors and combinations but this one was fairly simple:
~frozen nana
~frozen and fresh strawbs
~frozen mango
~frozen peaches
~2 dates
~ hemp seeds
~ heaping spoonful of nut butter
~ Forager strawberry cashew milk probiotic yogurt
~ oat milk
~ topped with coconut shreds + goji berries
What should I call it?
