Tapping into my senses.
Moving the energy through.
Shifting into what feels good in my body, and not judging myself for what it looks like.
Each day it is different.
Sometimes I need to slither around with no music on, and sometimes I need to do a lil headstand play.
Either way, I am embodying my essence.
