I turn 49 in a couple of months so I use my Instagram as a means of me keeping a record of my progress. But since you all have given me the means to focus on my physical health this way, I’m sharing this with you. I’m actually looking forward to 50 and seeing what I can achieve by then. Oh, and THIS summer... I’m curious to see where my fitness journey leads in 6 months when summer arrives.
