Dad Body, I hope by the end of the summer it's more of a muscle body! Just an update on where I am at in my fitness journey. Thank you, btw, all of you who have been so kind and supportive of my work that I am doing on myself. It's very kind and it feels really nice to be supported by all of you. This is really just about my longterm health. I am not trying to be a porn star. But... I don't mind shaking my butt around a little bit. Anyway, let's see how the progress goes. A lot more work to do, and for the first time in my life, lifting weights is kind of a highlight of my daily life. I have never felt that way before whenever I used to go to the gym. I think it may be the result of having so much gym equipment in my home, and because Covid has caused us to do a lot of the gym work at home. In my case, that's an advantage, since I have a lot more gym equipment at the house than a lot of other probably have.
