Happy Stockings Saturday with some spinning on a pole and singing. I thought all my years in ballet ๐ฉฐ would help me learn how to pole dancer ๐ haha ๐ boy was I wrong. Itโs a great work out but lots of new muscles ๐ช๐ป and skills to learn. Hope you enjoy my practice!
