Reflection and self-development are two closely related processes that play an important role in everyone's life. 😜😉 Reflection, or internal dialogue with ourselves, allows us to analyze past events, understand ourselves and our desires, and realize our goals and objectives.⭐😊Self-development, in turn, is the pursuit of personal and professional growth, skill improvement, and broadening our horizons.😁😝
Reflection plays a key role in the process of self-development as it allows us to recognize where we are strong and where we can develop. 🤍😋The process of reflection allows us to analyze our actions, mistakes and successes, learn from past experiences and identify areas for personal growth.✨💪🏻
