I made it to th beach again for sunrise. Im on the west coast of Bali so the sun rises over land behind me instead of a fireball rising from the water. This is the only moment when the beach is empty, mine all mine, serenity. Big waves for surfers this morning so I stay on sand and play in the grains instead of swimming away. Still recovering my strength to be out in the world. It’s all I have to give today to just show up and move my body a little and share this peaceful moment with you. I hope you enjoy the sounds of the ocean.
