After weeks of resting in bed with illness, I’m finally making my way back to the ocean. This was my first sunrise in the sand in far tooooo long. Life without sunrises and sunsets simply isn’t life. My body is stiff and delicate on this morning and I couldn’t stay still for long or put a yoga sequence together so I just jumped in the water. It felt amazing to just float.
