As I write this, I am in Bali…warm and sunny, enjoying the ocean and my simple “kitchen” — a few wooden bowls and a teapot set, wooden spoons and a tea strainer. Simple and spacious…lots of room for thinking, feeling, being, doing nothing. Space is medicine. Space to be still and rest the eyes and the mind. Simple space is essential in my life these days. I’m using my physical environment to create more space inside myself so I can see my creative visions more clearly without so many distractions pulling me into the outside world. It takes time to simplify down. I want less and less these days so I can be more and more focused. Now… how do I implement this as I travel and stay in other people’s homes? My current opportunity to explore ;) 💕🙏🏼 and you?
