I took a kundalini yin class. Intense breathing to direct the energy of the body upwards through the chakras and then deep stretching. I’ve been digging deeper into kundalini readings lately so I was thrilled to find a class to learn more with breathing bodies around me!! Such a treat and the tropical wind was blowing through so gentle! Roosters were crowing! If you can, get yourself to an in-person class.
