🕑 Added 2022-11-13 14:24:02 +0000 UTC Here’s what I’ve been up to 💕✌🏼first thing in the morning beach runs with yoga in the sand, exotic coffee cocktails, lots of writing (I bought a new journal…not my usual moleskin this time it’s a Thai silk notebooks), painting beach landscapes and running out of white paint, eating Thai food and smoothies, really enjoying long walks along the beach, making lists of the things that are flowing smoothly in my life and list of the things that are draining energy, uploading photos and videos to Google drive for my team to edit into new vlogs and music videos, producing a new medicine song I started working on in Bali, watching gentle pink sunsets and waves, relaxing into a very special one hour long foot massage on the beach until the sun disappeared and I was laying there in darkness…at the end of the massage they gave me a banana! Haha I’m taking another day off tomorrow. Recharging my soul energy so I will feel full of joy and peace, excited to teach some bikini yoga on the beach this week and naked yoga on the balcony! Breathing deeply, reading books and sleeping longer. How are you spending your weekend? Love, Cha 💕🌴✌🏼
