Slippery water play on the side of the pool. Yoga is serious and not serious. Serious medicine. Seriously effective at making you feel so amazing that you just don't take life so seriously anymore. Shit doesn't weigh you down as much. All parts of life become more fun, more peaceful. Practice yoga everyday and watch how you start to play like a kid again and delight in simple pleasures. Watch your creativity wake up again. Watch your curiosity grow and watch how naturally you act in a way that breeds pleasure. When you practice yoga, you will cry on your mat and you will laugh. You will challenge yourself to balance on one hand and you will slide around in a puddle because it feels good. WHAT FEELS GOOD? -- this is one of the most powerful questions to keep at the ready.
