I just left my Hawaii vacation behind on the 🌺 Big Island. I took a two week break from workouts and healthy eating. I let my body lounge around and float in salty water, sleep in and indulge. We drank so many white claws out of wine glasses and called them “Divine Claws” LOL — Late night Mario Party and freshly baked cookies, multiple bowls of caramel popcorn and shrooms on the beach. Day by day, I felt my muscles soften, my belly grow, my mind got a little numb and sleepy.
I enjoyed the entire unwinding experience even more knowing that upon my return home I would resume my healthy self love and energizing practices. My daily movement (lifting, HIT cardio, walking and yoga) will bring back my lean, strong and limber body to full vitality.
I am ready to move again! In this video, I am playing on my yoga mat for the first time since vacation. ☀️ A heatwave in Seattle has my studio temperature up to 90 degrees F. I’m sweating on this yoga mat!
