A part of me loves to perform. She loves cameras, spotlights, microphones, teaching and showing off. She loves an audience…she loves you! 🎥✨
Another part of me loves to be inside my body, present, sensual, mindful, moving, stretching, fully feeling every feeling. She doesn’t need an audience. She loves solitude. 🧘🏻♀️
These two parts used o be conflict. I have gotten to know each of these parts and helped them get to know each other. I’ve asked each of them what they need to feel fulfilled. Ive mediated a conversation between them to help them understand their differences and identify a common ground. Now they enjoy teaming up to create yoga videos. 🎥🧘🏻♀️✨

📍I made this video at the Archipelago social club in Denver. I freaking love social clubs where everyone is coworking and hanging out with chill inclusive vibes. So while other peeps are on their laptops doing emails, I’m rolling on the floor making videos for you 😘💋
