📝 I’m using IFS parts therapy to explore my feelings and dreams that got stirred up in this magical place.
🌈 you wonderful humans boldly asked me to share more of my soul with you. You said that in addition to watching me dance around naked and create fun art, you really want to hear me talk about my life and the real challenges I face. I’ve been told you value deep human connection and that it’s powerful to hear raw stories from people you trust. So in the spirit of open sharing, with my desire to be transparent and genuine with you guys, I made my first “soul baring” video.
