Happy Friday :) How does your back feel? -- Here's a little yoga class (13min) for you to enjoy with me this weekend. It's simple basic moves that will work with most body types and levels of experience. These poses are designed to strentch our the muscles along your spine, hips, legs and sides of the torso so you can feel some relief from any back stiffness/pain. The goal is to create space inside the body so you can relax into it. If you've had a long week sitting, walking, standing or doing anything that crunches into your spine and posture...this video is your Friday night delight ;) Love, Cha
