Spring sunshine pooling, movement through my body in the early morning to warm it up for the day, determination to complete the entire 1hr yoga practice once I start, air in my lungs calling my mind back in from the outer reaches of its wanderings, a bubble of truth pops into my mind and I know I must speak it aloud when I step off this mat, clarity of my priorities and a moment of simple pleasurable bliss when I wash into the feeling.
