The sound of my alarm is not accompanied by the usual sense of dread and continued exhaustion from yesterday - today I’m bouncing out of bed. My thoughts are instantly of him, pussy tingling as I picture him confined in his bed. I head to the bathroom and enjoy a hot, steamy shower, running my hands over my body and thinking of him. Thinking how he might be able to smell the citrus scent of my shower gel on my skin later.. As I dry myself I realise my pussy is soaking from more than just soapy water. I get dressed, thinking about how later I’ll get undressed in front of him and my body convulses involuntarily with an intense wave of desire.
On the bus journey to work my already intense arousal is almost pushed over the edge with the vibrations as I sit. I squirm, hoping no one can tell that I’m biting my lip and clenching my fists in desperation not to cum and to stop myself from moaning. I try not to think of him and the look in his eyes seeing me naked. I try not to remember the feeling of his cock in the back of my throat and the taste of his cum filling my mouth. When I finally stand up my legs feel weak and I can feel wetness dripping down my thighs. The cold air against my wet skin helps me take control of myself. I hope there’s no wet patch on my dress. Perhaps I should have worn panties?
As intended I arrive early, which gives me time to see him before I start my shift. As I make my way to his room I can feel my heart start to pound with excitement. I lock eyes with him and the anticipation feels thick in the still air between us. I realise that today, there is another patient in his room. An older man, maybe early 70’s, a little portly and asleep, breathing slow and heavy. I must be quiet, but I can’t resist taking the risk and I move closer, closing the curtain around myself and the object of my focus.
Quietly as I can, I pull the covers slowly down his body, gently pressing my hand onto his semi-erect cock. He instantly hardens under my touch, pulsing beneath my hand. I lean in slowly to my patient as I now think of him - whispering, “today I’m wearing no panties or bra. I want you to think about my nipples hard against my dress today, knowing you’re the cause. Knowing other patients can see what you do to me”. I feel his cock pulsing in my hand, now slowly stroking him. I use my other hand, slowly unp0pping my dress down, painfully conscious of every tiny noise, listening for any change in the breathing of the new patient, anxious and exhilarated in case he wakes and I’m caught.
Now naked before him, little groans are escaping his wired jaw as I wank him. I hear no change outside the curtain, so I continue, and reach down to my soaking pussy, drenching my fingers in my juices before smearing them over his lips. He groans and I jump at the sound, suddenly more aware of the risks if I’m caught and the other man sleeping just feet away. But I can’t help myself, I can’t stop.
I climb onto his bed and straddling him, taking his cock deep into my mouth. I work my way up his shaft, soaking him, and then I sit up and look at him. His eyes are wide and his breathing laboured, I wonder briefly if he could talk or move what he might do in this moment. Then I poise myself above him, never breaking eye-contact, and slowly lower myself down onto him. He moans and I put my hand over his mouth to quiet him, biting my lip as I hold back my own moans with the feeling of him inside my pussy at last . I ride him, slow, f0rceful, and deliberate. I feel my juices covering my inner thighs and his, and I cannot contain myself but cum fast and desperate, putting my other hand over my own mouth to hold back my moans. He cums before I’ve composed myself, still writhing above him, and I look at him with my hand still pressed over his mouth, his one free leg kicks out - the only way he has left to react to the sensation of his own orgasm. We become still, and I move my hands from his mouth and mine as we gasp for air.
I listen to the air becoming hushed around us once more, still with no sound from the other patient. I climb off the bed, re-dress and deliberately bend over him once more. I gently take his soft cock in my mouth and swirl my tongue around him, cleaning him of his cum and my own juices. I then put the covers back over him and move the curtain back from around us. I look across to the other patient and yes, he’s not stirred, continuing to snore quietly. I’ve gotten away with it - for now. I look once more at my jaw-wired man, and leave, knowing I will replay this in my mind throughout my shift and already thinking again of how I might have him again.
