Another day in the office, another back day in the books. Just shy of a month away from my 20 year fitness anniversary. April 3rd will be 20 yrs meth free, and 20 yrs of joining the fitness lifestyle. 20 yrs getting up and hitting the gym, going thru 1000’s of the same, repetitive movements, 1000’s of the same meals, numerous injuries, life’s “ups and downs,” etc. It’s not easy, but it is easy if that makes sense. I wouldn’t have it any other way tho. This is what I know. This is what I love! 🥰
