🕑 Added 2022-03-21 20:23:12 +0000 UTC First workout in 10 days!!! 😁 Calf is feeling better, not healed, but better. Mouth still sucks and hurts like hell. Of course it’s not healing as fast as I had expected, but I can’t sit around and just NOT workout one, more, day! 😩 I literally hate not getting physical activity in for more than a day, drives me insane. On a good note it looks as tho I actually leaned out during my time off. Being that I’m limited on what I can eat it kind of pushed me to eat even better, and less of course. Feels great to be back even if it’s for lightweight 💪🏽🏋🏻♀️💪🏽 Whoever needs to hear it, or thinking of starting on a fitness journey…just do it! It’s never too late to start 💯😘💋
