I absolutely hate this type of training ๐ฉ Itโs so hard, exhausting and my lungs were on fire. I prefer lifting weights all day, but this type of training is what I need. Not everything was recorded, but it was a nonstop circuit intended to tax your mind and body. My husband makes it clear that โquittingโ is not an option. Something I hate during the workout but thankful for once itโs said and done โ๏ธ Donโt be average ๐ฏ
