A light breathe of air can send them running, and if they fall, they can pop! They also like to kick their painfully itchy hairs all over if they’re feeling nervous. Hence the gloves on my partner/assistant handler. While this species can inflict the bite force of a small cat, it’s the hairs you have to watch out for! And normal anti-itch creame has no effect. Now excuse me while I bathe in lidocaine 😂
