Here's a sweaty back workout I had today, WOW! I'm too heavy to pull myself up more than 5 to 6 times ๐ so I did 5 reps of 60sets!!! 300 pull-ups and 200reps of assisted excersizes afterwords, Resistance bands etc. BOOM๐ฅ
