This Saturday, September 21st, I will have a tonsillectomy surgery (for my American subscribers it will be Friday night). And I'll be in the hospital for a few days. I have a chronic infection in my tonsils and often suffer from sore throats, so I'm excited about the surgery. But I'm worried about the recovery period.
My bl芯芯d doesn't clot well, so there's a risk of bl械械ding. I have trouble healing wounds due to Ehlers Danlos Syndrome*. Also, for several weeks I will only be able to eat liquid and soft foods (I hope I don鈥檛 lose weight). And from what I understand, my throat will be very sore after the surgery until it heals 馃様
