I clearly didn't know how to properly do yoga for the first time..ππ
Whatever you do for your first time, first time is always confusing so you kinda just do it in your own way you know?π
I've learned how to do yoga through YouTube, and I've been doing them at home ever since.
But I don't know, me just being how I am I'm doing some yoga in a not very proper way..ππ«£
