When it comes to skin and hair care, less is more. Stay fit and hydrated, eat clean and your body will take care of itself, including your skin and hair! I have been saying this for almost 15 years now, but I guess only now that I am a bit older I have some sort of proof that it works. In my family, for example, there is a lot of male hair loss, from a y0ung age. It could be just luck, but I believe the fact that I stopped putting chemicals on my hair 13 years ago has something to to with the fact that I still have a head full of hair... and as far as my skin goes, I guess I am still y0ung.. but I have also recently seen some my school mates and well.. let's just say that even if anecdotal I am happy with the way I look :) I do not edit any of my photos
