It comes from feeling like we're not measuring up whether from past mess-ups feeling down in the dumps about ourselves or trying too hard to be perfect. đ
Shame usually tags along from past drama growing up vibes or just being overly stressed. It can kinda act as a guide keeping us in line with what's cool morally but most times it's like a heavy weight that holds us back big time. đ«
When it comes to relationships shame can totally cramp our style with our partners. đ It messes with how we see ourselves making it a constant battle with our own thoughts. đ€Ż In the love department it can squash our spark and make it hard to feel the good stuff. đŁ And in the hustle it can kill our creativity and hush up our confidence getting in the way of us leveling up at work. đŒ
The bottom line? Living a life messed up by shame guilt and always feeling like something's missing. đą But hey we're not alone in this struggle. Drop a comment if you know someone dealing with these vibes. Let's chat it out and have each other's backs as we roll down the road to getting right with ourselves and embracing who we are đâš
