🕑 Added 2020-09-27 18:17:58 +0000 UTC 💕🍒SEX ED SUNDAYYY🍒💕💕 Today’s Sex Ed segment is geared for my mxn, but the information can apply to womxn as well! 💕 I wanna talk about the ~~~~~ 🍣🍥FOOD/DRINK DO’S AND DONT’S TO MAKE YOUR CUM TASTE GOOD🍥🍣 ~~~~~~ BC let’s be honest you can TELLLLLL when ur partner is eating citrusy things like pineapple, right?🍍 I think we can all agree on that elephant in the room 🐘😂 for the best results, start consuming these “DO’S” 3-4 days before you expect to be gifted, and limiting the “DONT’S” 😉😜
💚✅💚DO’S💚✅💚
🐉the obvious one, pineapple!
🐉 papaya
🐉oranges
🐉kiwis
🐉lemon
🐉cranberries, blueberries
🐉grapefruit
🐉celery (including celery juice!)
🐉wheatgrass (including wheatgrass juice!)
🐉parsley
🐉spices like cinnamon and nutmeg (p.s. it’s also my fav season so now’s the TIME to be bringing out the cinnamon and nutmeg!!😍🍂)
💔❌💔DONT’S💔❌💔
‼️alcohol (I knowwwww this one sucks ass that’s why I had to just rip off the bandaid and say it 🥺🥺 BUTTTT maybe just try to have water in between your drinks??? Hydrate or diedrate bitch😂😂)
‼️dairy
‼️garlic
‼️red meat
‼️foods with high sulfur like cabbage, cauliflower, and a few other cruciferous vegetables
‼️fast food
‼️onions
‼️coffee or caffeinated sodas (caffeine is the culprit!!)
‼️chocolate
🥺😭now I know these DONT’S are super tough to read, BUT I DO NOT MEAN DONT EVER HAVE THEM!!! I just mean try to limit your indulgences in these things and what works for me is doing the 80%/20% rule where i eat 80% good nutritious food and other 20% literal trash lmao😭🥺 [[ DISCLAIMER: this information is not to be used to treat, cure, or remediate any medical problems.
