I’ll start packing my lunch bag and cook if I absolutely have to. Try to do batches on the weekends. Then I’ll do about 15 min of training before we go for a walk. By time we get done, it’s about 7.30. Finish packing lunch, snacking, and finishing my evening with a protein shake. Bed about 10.30🙄. Back up at 4.50 am and at the gym before 5.30 am. 😮💨 I’ve had to cutout logging in food to MyFitnessPal app😢😩. I just don’t have time. I’m not gaining weight. I’m sure you’re thinking that’s great. However, I want to be in a lean bulk phase which means my goal is to eat enough to grow my muscles. I should be gaining 3-4 lbs a month, most of it muscle. I know sounds silly, but I’m actually serious about it. Off to bed. Night night😘
