I remember how hard it was at first. The rhythms were confusing, the steps seemed too complicated. But thatโs where the magic was โ overcoming myself. I wasnโt just learning to move, I was learning to feel.
Now, bachata has become something much bigger than just a hobby. Itโs a way to relax, let go of stress, feel alive and beautiful. I often think about how much Iโd love to teach someone this art, to share the joy it brings me.
You know, during my workouts I laugh a lot. There are clumsy turns, funny falls. But itโs in those moments that I feel truly myself โ with all my flaws, but so happy.
