I’m feeling sooo shitty today because I had a sleep paralysis episode last night 😫 If any of you have ever had that happen, you probably know how scary and disorienting it can be. My brain feels totally broken today and I’m operating at like 5% of my normal capacity. So please be patient with me 🙏 Just wanted to give a little explanation in case you were wondering why I’ve been quiet.
I hope you’re all having a good Monday!
