I've had so much brain fog from overeating and constantly digesting thousands of fattening calories that this last week feels like a blur π₯΄ my belly has been conditioned to be topped off with any kind of fattening food every few hours otherwise I get a belly ache.. i have no choice but to go to bed stuffed if I don't want to be woken up early by stomach churning. I've even lost count of how many shakes I've chugged so far, all I know is that brand new tub of Serious mass I opened is already 2/3rds gone π³I keep catching my reflection in the mirror and every time I see my swollen gut sticking out even further, revealing my lack of self control, I keep getting the urge to fill it up to the brim with empty calories. My need to make my belly even fatter has completely taken over my thoughts π·
Ugh my belly deserves to be taught a lesson tomorrow.. if it likes junk food so much maybe it's time to test just how much it can stretch while trying to digest the most amount of fried food it has ever been filled with π«π»
