David hadn’t left his spot. Immobilized by his own fat clogged heart he was stationary like a boulder. However, with the added morphine button Doctor Death had installed David was going on more trips than he ever thought.

“That's the good thing about finger food, it makes feeding a lot more fun for me.”
David passively chewed and swallowed.
“You’re eating slower. That's to be expected, I guess that means I’ll get to enjoy this even longer.”
David ate and ate and while his speed had been reduced since his heart attack his appetite had not. His innate gluttonous Texan nature had been overnourished and overfed in indulgence since his stay at the clinic, no matter how bad he felt nothing could stop his hungry rumbling gut such was David’s insatiable appetite.
“Nnnah,” David grunted, taking bigger bites to Jasmine’s delight.
“What a good boy!” Jasmine praised his gluttony while feeding him more nachos and fries. “I’m hoping we can get you to a half ton before you die. With the way your appetite is I’m certain we’ll get you there. All we need from you is to continue snacking on danger and dining on death.”
David’s lips sucked Jasmine’s fingers clean of cheese and salt, he was eager for more,
“You’ve been a fatty your whole life haven’t you?”
David nodded his head.
“Aw, that’s cute. Just think,” Jasmine grasped a big handful of flesh, “You’ve accumulated over 800 pounds of heavy soft lard in such a short time. Thirty seven and nearly a half ton.”

“There now,” Jasmine said, pleased as punch watching David smoke, “If you need anything else don’t hesitate to call...of course if your heart crashes we’ll be right in. So just relax, you’re on borrowed time after all.”
Jasmine kissed David’s cheek and left. With a cigarette dangling from his mouth he hit the morphine button and inhaled deeply, blowing out smoke like a chimney. A pleasurable existence living life merrily like a dream.
Doctor Death came into David’s room with two nurse’s pushing in a tank and a long hose. “Jasmine brought to my attention that you are not gaining fast enough. I agree with her assessment. That is why this machine will tube feed you this chocolate drink I have created. It will pump you full of calories to ensure rapid fat production.”
Doctor Death put on gloves and explored David’s stupendous abundance of fat rolls. “Yes, the staff are getting antsy. They all want to see you reach a half ton before your heart gives out.” the Doctor explained while groping big handfuls of David’s flab. “Won’t that be nice? It’ll be quite the final experience for you.”
David could only moan in pleasure at the news.
“Mmmm...I feel like I’m in a dream.”
“Life is but a dream, is it not?”
“I don’t know. Is that what I’m going to find out?”
“What is on the other side of the gulf of death.”
It’s coming, David feels. The long awaited destination. As the Doctor attached the hose to him and turned it on all David could do was drink, The chocolate substance flowed into him and all David had to do was swallow and grow.
The nurses were all over the moon at David’s continued growth.
“Aren’t I smart?” Jasmine bragged while helping Jesse and Mel lift David’s monstrous belly into a sling. “Less talking and more working Jasmine” Jesse grunted, David’s increasingly whale sized collection of blubber was too much for three super fit nurses. David himself was panting while doing absolutely nothing, the mere act of other people manipulating his body was enough to wear the cow of a fat man out.
The girls heaved and managed to fit David’s collection of adipose blubber into the slug which groaned from above.
Mel brushed her brow of sweat, “God, lifting all that lard is such a pain in the ass.” She slapped your huge sinful gut and winced at the ripple of liquid fat that went through David’s belly from that one slap.
Mel patted the small of her back, sore and aching from having to lift David’s monster of a gut. She grinned while looking over the expanse of David's blubbery body and bent over once more to kiss him, pushing her tongue in. David’s fat soul landed in the bushes but strangely did not yell out in pain as black thorns cut into his pasty body. He could see the lake of fire beyond the thorns. Suddenly the thorns parted and David came unloose, landing on his soft ass that sent him jiggling all over, a few specks of yellow fat being flung out of his cuts.
The prickly bushes revealed a beautiful woman in a form fitting red dress. She had ample curves, a sizable buttocks and an impressive cleavage. Her long hair hid half of her face as she approached you.
