My state legalized marijuana a while back. I've never taken advantage of this, at least up till now.
I was eating peanut butter cups while watching Disney+ when the idea came to me. Why not? I'm home all the time, it's not like I'm going anywhere. What's the harm.
So I went to the closest dispensary and checked some of the stuff out. The bud tender there advised me on edibles. I don't like smoking, so edibles seem much better. I bought a single cookie and took it when I got home.
My goodness it was wonderful! I haven't felt so good in such a long time. It reminded me of that time I went on a huge hike in California. It was steep as could be, but when I got to the top I felt like I was on cloud nine. This was just like that, all of my perceptions became warped and I couldn't stop gigging.
This was the best I've felt since my depression.
Only downside were the munchies though.
I know I say I eat like a pig, but that's just hyperbole and exaggerations, I just snack throughout the day. But with the munchies, oh my God, I spent sooo much money on take out, more than I ever did during my project last year. By the time I went to bed my belly was packed tight and I felt like I was pregnant. To be honest I always feel like I'm pregnant, this belly is just so heavy! Do you know what a fat belly is? It's a collection of yellow greasy fat and when it gets big enough to start hanging it's really no different from having a baby belly. It's big and heavy and makes your back hurt, just like mine.
I've already gained since quarantine started. I don't have a number, but I just *feel* heavier. I breath harder and harder and I'm moving slower and slower. My belly is sagging lower and I swear I've got new dimples on my ass.
I'm on my second cookie though, so that's not going to help matters, hehe.
I should be totally worried, but I'm not. I'm just too high to be worried about anything. I feel so good doing weed, it's lowering my anxiety and it makes passing the time in this lockdown so much easier.
Speaking of which,
Wear your mask properly!!! Over the nose! It should not be this hard! Look, I hate these things too, but we've all got to do it. If we all do our part this whole thing will be over soon.
At least I hope this will all be over soon.
