Okay, this is my first entry.
My name is Megan Waters and I weigh 320 pounds. But I wasn't always this size. I used to be a fitness instructor and a nutritionist, I used to be fit and trim but now I'm a blob. What happened? I started a project where I intentionally got fat.
Yeah, I know, stupid.
But I was doing it to help obese people by becoming one of them. And it was the biggest mistake I ever made. I completely abandoned my healthy lifestyle and I fucking ballooned. I seriously put on close to 200 pounds in just. Look at my "before and after" it's real I swear. I look like the big ball of fat. My belly is sooooo big. I can't see my feet and I'm pretty sure I'm pre-diabetic now. I haven't gone to a doctor yet, but a belly this big...I have a lot of health issues.
I get serious sleep apnea and I snore like a bear. I'm seriously way, way too fat. My belly is so big it hangs down over my pussy, it's disgusting. I also have IBS and I constantly pass gas. My face is too round and my double chin bulges out. My ass is packed with cellulite, it used to be so toned you could bound a quarter off it.
I used to be able to hike mountains, but now I struggle to get off my fat ass to go take a shit.
TMI? Tough shit, that's the kind of girl I am now. A nasty dirty fat girl.
But not anymore. Tonight is the start of my weight loss journey. I'm going to regain my discipline and regain my life and lose all this blubber. Every. Single. Pound. It's my revenge diet against obesity and obese people. It's correcting my mistakes.
2020 is going to be my year.
