Part One
Sadie had a not so secret fetish: Feederism and weight gain. Her “alternative lifestyle” was not a subtle one; it had added nearly 200 pounds of lard to her body. Sitting at a comfortable 307 lbs Sadie was replete with blubber, she had done an amazing job on herself. Seated on her couch she surfed the web on her laptop.
As she browsed she grasped her phone and lifted up her top; showing her big tubby belly that spread out on her lap and was coated in bright red stretch marks from her rapid growth. She started to take a short video of herself jiggling her stomach and recording her ripples. “There, that’ll make my fans happy,” Sadie said to herself.
Sadie was a degenerate of the highest accord; her fantasies revolved around absolute morbid obesity, to the point where she would become a sickly obese hog that was on death’s doorstep. Becoming a big ball of fat was an attractive idea, and one that made her constantly wet. Doctor Death sent an address to Sadie who was now awfully curious. The next day Sadie made her way to what seemed to be an apartment complex. Approaching the door she saw her belly heavy figure; she vainly put a buttersoft hand to her big gut as she admired her reflection. Slowly she rubbed her belly that had tremendous sag. Her t-shirt was a size too small; she purposefully wore tight clothing to properly show her rolls that the material clung to and would slip over at times. Her pants hugged her thighs and her belly pushed it out, Sadie liked to tuck her stomach in; it made her appear even bigger.
She had transformed her body from trim and healthy to flabby and obese, she felt so sexy thinking she had already piled on 200 pounds of pure blubber onto her 22 year old body.
She pressed the intercom with a pudgy finger and said into it, “I’m here.” The glass door unlocked and Sadie waddled inside, finding the temperature to be rather chilly, they had a powerful AC system.
A slim Japanese lady came out clad in a white lab coat with her hair in a neat bun. She wore a facemask over her mouth and wore a jean skirt and a Bad Religion t-shirt under her lab coat. “Hello Sexy Sadie. I am Doctor Death.”
“You’re Doctor Death? Huh, you weren’t who I was expecting.”
“I never said I was a man.”
“True. So, Doctor Death...is that your real name?”
The doctor chuckled and said, “Partially. My title is very much real. Come, let’s go into my office”
Once inside the doctor laid it out.
“Here’s the deal. You sign this life insurance policy, I will provide you a room here and a staff to meet your every pleasurable desire . We will provide you with the best drugs and equipment to keep you alive and allow you to enjoy your ruining body. Ultimately there will come a time when your body will decide it’s had enough. Hence this life insurance policy. So what do you say? Are you willing to eat yourself to ruination and sickness and achieve your wildest fantasies?”
Sadie was beyond horny as she listened. Here was someone offering to help her make her darkest fantasy a reality. Sadie deeply moaned, squirmed in place, and asked “Where do I sign?”

Six Months Later
Sadie felt like a princess sleeping with the amount of pillows she used. The pillows were stacked high up, which were necessary for Sadie to breathe properly. Three months of staying at the clinic had produced beautiful results on her blubber.
Sadie tensed up in bed and let out a trumpeting fart that added to the general miasma of bad smells in her little room. She moaned and yawned, showing yellowing teeth from her absence of hygiene; the only things that went through her mouth these past three months have been food and soda. Rolling to the side of the bed and grunting to her feet she let out a “Oomf!” when she felt her belly sack drop down and slap against her thunderous thighs which sent them into a wobbling fit all the way to her ass.
“Mmmmmhmhm!” Sadie moaned in satisfaction at the great heft she felt from her belly meat. Oh the heft she felt from her recent gains felt so good; the ache in the small of her back was sharp and made her wince in the most delightful way. Her belly sack had several new stretch marks from her ever growing collection of lard she was building up. The stretch marks, some faded, some bright pink, and some angry red adorned her belly like a spider’s web. Sadie made her way to the bathroom completely nude; she felt comfortable enough at the clinic to do away with any pretense of wearing clothing, she was a growing pig and pigs had no need for clothes. She grunted once more from her sagging burdensome fat belly.
As she made her way she passed by her nurse Diya. Diya was of Indian descent and clad in blue scrubs with her hair covered by a black scrub cap and her mouth was covered with a facemask. Sadie smiled at her, “Hey Diya!” Diya smirked under her mask, “Getting ready for your morning shit?” Sadie chuckled, “Like always. We can do our thing in there.”
Diya followed Sadie inside and watched her plant her big butt on the seat and let go. A loud fart left Sadie who sighed and began to pee and poop. “Disgusting pig,” Diya remarked while standing next to her, to which Sadie stuck her tongue out and teased, “You like it.” Under her mask Diya smirked, "We all have different things we like. I like disgusting pigs willingly throwing their lives away, especially ones as young as you. 22 and already on your way out."
Diya pulled a joint from a medical bottle, placed it in Sadie’s mouth, and gave her a light. Sadie inhaled and after a few seconds let go; a big smile crossing her round face as she dumps in pleasurable relaxation. “There’s nothing better than smoking on the toilet” Sadie moaned with her joint in her fingers as she defecated loudly, smoking and poop to her bloated pig heart’s content.
Diya took a blood glucose monitor and pricked Sadie’s finger which made her let out a piggish squeal “Weee!” “You’re too kinky for your own good.” Diya playfully scolded her, “This should be horrifying to any normal person; getting into such a state of super morbid obesity.” The monitor beeped and Diya smirked, “Still pre-diabetic. But I bet you won’t be for too much longer. Does that excite you Sadie? Getting the number one fat disease?”
Sadie wiggled on the toilet, “Oh you have no idea. I wanna be fat, diseased and loving it.” Sadie grunted and pushed a large dump along with an accompanying *Ppppppppprrrt!*
Sadie pooped and poped and when was finished Diya flushed the toilet and put on her plastic gloves. “Here comes one of my favorite parts of the day,” Sadie boasted as Diya began to wipe her butt. Diya’s gloved hand slipped between Sadie’s big cheeks and felt the warmness inside while she cleaned her bottom.
“There, all your poop should be gone now,” Diya dumped the brown tissue into the toilet and flushed it down before discarding her brown smeared plastic gloves. Next it was time for Sadie’s weigh in. Diya helped Sadie onto the platform and the read out came 398.
“Well well, eighty nine pounds in six months, you should be proud of your gluttony.” Sadie moaned and traced her hands over her huge hanging belly sack. “I sure am! I’m doing well in my dream of turning into a ball of fat.” Just saying it out loud made her squirm like the pervert she was. She stepped off the scale, wincing ever so slightly.
She bent over and put her hands to her knees “Ooooh baby these knees are giving me trouble.”
Diya checked them out, “I’m not surprised, having to carry such a large load. Your joints are practically scamming under the strain.” Diya directed Sadie to the couch where Sadie left out a sigh of cantonment. Diya rubbed her hand over Sadie's sweating forehead “Just from the bathroom to the couch and you’re already sweating.”
“I can’t-whew, I can’t move like I once did. Everything just gets me so hot.” “I know,” Diya showed the sweater she was wearing over her scrubs, “We’re always running the AC in this place, it’s like the inside of a movie theater. Doctor Death will come by to visit later, but now don’t you think you should be making those videos?” Diya went and set up the equipment for Sadie’s videos. Doctor Death had arranged for Sadie to continue making videos and could keep her earnings
When everything was set up Sadie laid on her side on the couch and the camera started.
“Hey guys. Six months at this clinic has really done the trick.” A cart of greasy cheesy burgers are pushed into frame “Oh God, they know to treat a woman right here” She took a big sloppy bite from a burger, “I’ve put on sooo much weight here. You can tell, can’t you?” She jiggled her massive stomach “This thing is HUGE!” She snorted like a pig for the camera. She kept eating as she talked, “I’m on sooo much hypertension pills, this stuff is sooo bad for me. Bet you’d like it if I had a heart attack, huh?” She winked at the camera and kissed them goodbye.
“They should like that.” Diya said as Sadie settled her body on the couch ready for her daily routine of complete laziness. Remote in hand she had access to all the streaming services she could ask for, From Netflix to DIsney+. Diya came over with a pack of marlboro `Your morning cigarette your porkiness.” Diya set the cigarette in Sadie’s lips and lit it. In a seated up position Diya acted as camerperson, this time a video of her being a slobby couch potato. Sadie gorged on the burgers, double fisting them she ate from each hand. "I'm in hog heaven" she talked with her mouthful.
Sadie smoked and ate, smoked and ate; she took advantage of all the vices the clinic allowed her to indulge in. She was incredibly out of shape and was wheezing just from eating. It was during her binge that Doctor Death came in. The Doctor stepped inside and winced under her face mask, “Even wearing one of these won’t block that musky barnyard smell of yours. How are you Sadie?”
Sadie finished off her last burger and sloppily sucked her fingers. Smacking her lips Sadie said “Happier than a pig in shit, you guys are doing great work on me.”
Beneath her mask Doctor Death smiled. "That's good to know. Stand up and lets see the damage."
Sadie grunted and got to her feet. The Doctor's hands touched her massive hanging stomach. It was divided between two big rolls; one upper roll below her heaving breasts and a much bigger lower roll where all the newest fat was piling up. Death wobbled it with one hand, "This is an impressive Belly Sadie, it's been a joy seeing it grow."
"Mmmm, I know," Sadie moaned, "I feel constantly aroused with this lard collection. I can't believe I've put on nearly a hundred pounds in six months, I'm such a fat pig."
"A sickly fat pig," the Doctor agreed. Sadie started to puff for breath as she stood there, “Listen to me, I’m breathing heavy just doing nothing.” “It’s not surprising. Nearly 400 pounds of lard on a 5’4 frame is a lot to handle.”
*Ppppprrrrt!*
Sadie let out a low moan as she passed gas from the strain of standing, “Oh doctor, you have no idea how much I fart and poop now.” Death smiled under her mouth “That shouldn’t be surprising either, with how much you eat. It smells like a barn in here; fitting for such a pig.”
Sadie winced as she stood there, “Oooh, Doctor can I sit down now?”
Death shook her head as she examined her body, “No, not yet. How are your knees?”
“Mmmmph, so awful I really need to-” Sadie bean to pant while standing, standing for a prolonged time, even as short as this, was taking its toll on her. “Ommph. Doctor, my hips, I need to sit.” Beads of sweat started to gather upon Sadie’s forehead while the doctor traced her dimpled knee and nodded, “Osteoarthritis from morbid obesity. It’s a degenerative joint disease. The impact of obesity is especially felt in osteoarthritis of the hip and knee joints. Every pound of bodyweight places four to six pounds of pressure on each knee joint.”
Sadie bit her lip as her knees and hips intensified in pain. “Oh please,” *Pppppprrrrrt!* Sadie farted from the strain, she could feel her knees wobble like an unsteady building. Deep breaths came from behind her mask while she watched Sadie struggling.
“Not quite yet,” Death was being a sadist while she feigned looking her over, she was enjoying this too much. “According to this chart you’re still pre-diabetic. Don’t worry, we’ll get you there soon enough.”
Finally it was too much and Sadie fell back onto the couch, breathing and panting hard. “Hoo! Oh! Oh!” Sadie pants, wiping her forehead of sweat while her chest rose and fell. “That didn’t take long at all,” Death noted as Sadie kept rubbing her poor knees, “It felt like eternity! I’m too fat to stand up that long I have no endurance!”
Diya rolled in an oxygen tank and placed the nasil tubes up Sadie’s nose. When she turned it on Sadie’s breathing became stable now that she had the extra help. Diya also rolled her another joint and gave it to Sadie who lit up and instantly relaxed, slumping into her own fat.
“Diya has to go do an errand today,” Death said, “Would you like to join her?”
“Hoo, oh I dunno. So tired,” Sadie puffed out nice and stoned. Diya pouted, “But I wanna be seen with my big fat friend! You know every thin girl needs a pig to make her look even better.”
Sadie grinned stupidly, “Well when you say it like that. But if i get too tired we have to go back, okay?” Diya chuckled, “You’re the boss piglet.”

Sadie heaved and wheezed. The errand was for Diya’s own grocery shopping. Dressed preppy as could be Diya looked the complete opposite to Sadie. Sexy Sadie was using a heavy duty bariatric crane which allowed her to hobble around. Sadie wore enormous black sweatpants and a huge blue tunic tank top. Each limping step she took made the flab on her upper arms wobble loosely. Her blonde hair was tied in a bun that allowed everyone to see how fat her neck was. Sadie had insisted on not using a scooter just yet, she still wanted to suffer the pangs of mobility just a little bit longer.
“Ooh! Mmmph!” Sadie loudly groaned and moaned as she followed behind Diya in this Wal-Mart supercenter that DIya had purposefully picked. “You’re going so slow! Hurry up!” Sadie loudly complained. She was making a big show of herself, all 400 pounds of her, and the stares she got turned her on. Her nipples were rock hard as she wiped her forehead, lifting her jiggling arm allowed musky BO to spew out. She was exactly THAT type of Wal-Mart customer.
“Just a little bit longer fatso,” Diya clicked her tongue. “Hoooo,” Sadie moaned and farted *PPppppppprtt* saying loudly “Everything hurts! Can we go? I wanna go! I’m too fat to live”
Sadie the pig whined and complained, she had learned to adore being a whiny ball of fat from her time in the clinic.
Diya pinched her fleshy cheek “We’re almost ready.” She looked her over, Sadie was so sweaty her underwear could be seen through her tunic.
“Once we get done here we’ll get you another joint and bring you back home.”
“Good!” Sadie puffed out desperate for a cigarette.
“I want to get home and watch reruns of My 600 Pound Life and gorge.”
Sadie naughtily licked her lips, eager to eat
