I think "animu" is Remy is trying to be cute with the "Animu Waifu" rhyme. At least, that's what I'm going with - that spelling is canon now.

So many questions. How is the discounted anime scroll thing understandable? The knitting circle, cool? Is that the vengeful fedora lady in the circle? AND the grumpy granny from...multiple web comic series? And what DID happen to his family? And why did remy say animU at one point instead of animE? SPELLCHECK: (oh wait, I already mentioned it)

I don't believe the words....no family would simply pack up and leave Remy. The family went on a trip to visit the all the farms where Fido and 27 Hamsters now live, but they got held up by a father looking very hard for some milk.
