I don't believe that will work, as the Weeping attribute is something related to Ables specific universe. Not every outsider has it. Its like saying every living beeing on earth has hands, because we are all earthlings. Outsiders should theoretically be the most diverse category of beeings. A six dimensional beeing is the perfect example of that. But i guess his outsider jobs and multiversal jobs would make it more faith efficent to give him the weeping attribute if it is possible at all. Chaos child growing into something unique might also be possible because ben is technically an outsider and the system might help him manifest something related to that. Multiversal inclination could be one such manifestation, so maybe he already got the boon for it. Otherwise i think gaining real outsider skills is only possible when leaving the universe as otherwise the system wouldn't have a problem with defining the abilities as they would follow the rules of the universe. (Rule breaker might enable exceptions)

With Eldritch mind growing by two levels, multiversal inclination awakening, and an outsider as a pet I'm sure Ben will get more Outsider/multiversal jobs. One of those can give him the Weeping attribute like Abel has. Then he can cheat his soul and multiversal affinities, and even connect to the third tier.
