Maybe if he enchants with the Outsiders T3 skill that he is using via Connect thatll push them both up? I feel like an Outsider T3 shouldn't be easy to enchant with considering it involves 6 dimensions.

Because it's a being that spent billions of years in solitude, and was probably the only intelligent thing in its native universe. Before speaking with Ben, it was completely incapable of recognizing other things as people - i.e. in legal terms not guilty by reason of insanity.

You know what aspect of connect Ben hasn't really been using? Connecting people to do ritual magic. He should be connecting all the soul mages together to do cool soul magic rituals. He should connect people from different cultures so they can understand each other better, and prejudiced people with the people they're prejudiced against so that they can be taught that they're stupid for their prejudices. Besides making rings with skills on them (and doing some enchanting), I also haven't seen him doing much of anything special with skills while connected to anyone. Surely with all of that eldritch thought structure and time to think, he could imagine something more to do while connected
