10 years ago it cost over $30,000 worth of equipment and materials to do cloning research. Today it's less than $10,000. Almost the same for genetic engineering 10 years ago and now it's less than $5,000 to have bespoke plasmids mailed to you.
I wrote a comment but it has disappeared. Maybe my 4G fell out. Great video. Preaching to the converted. It strikes me that any bans on types of AI technology have to be inheritable to AIs. We have to make sure that AIs won’t make AIs what will blind people. On another note Rob I invited you to a private repo on GitHub, I have a paradigm for working on Supervisory Learning.
