Hi Cesar! Yes, but very gently. I just tried and I was able to make the sounds with my teeth *almost* touching but not quite. A light touch of the top teeth inside the bottom lip, without any lip rounding, is ideal.

Hi Alex, It's not clear from your explanation how to make the F/V sound. Do you touch your teeth to the inside of your bottom lip? Thank you!
