[Patron Release] Mind and Magic 0.08
🕑 Added 2024-03-13 17:00:10 +0000 UTCGot everything I wanted for 0.08 done... I think, not sure if I'm forgetting something. Anyways, here it is the patron release!
This time we continue with more facility related content! Audrey gets a sprite rework and her first control event, while Bea gets her second.
We also start the facility storyline quests!
CHANGELOG:
PLEASE REMEMBER TO USE THE BUGFIX
- Added a BUGFIX to get rid of a quest that can't be completed (Talk to the chicken near the washing machine).
- Added MAC PORT for MaM
- New expression for the protagonist
- New sprite for Audrey
- Added alternative scenes for the "Controlling Bea (I)" quest (In case you did this one before meeting/knowing enough Liz)
- Added the "Controlling Bea (II)" quest
- Added the "Controlling Audrey (I)" quest
- Added Audrey to the map, she can be found around the facility at Early Morning and Afternoon
- Added a new story quest
- Fixed the "Controlling Bea (II)" quest (Added alternative scene if you haven't gotten Liz).
- Fixed some issues with the Memory Room
- Other small typo and bug fixes

This one was a little rough one, mostly because of Persona 3 Reload... I'm sorry, I couldn't resist the game (I've just discovered the saga and it's just really fun to play...)
But leaving jokes aside, making custom art for story events sure takes time, specially since I've gotten used to only drawing anime girls.
Anyways, I'm satisfied with how it came out. On my end, I'll try to get story/lore events every other update at least (since I've notice that I'm mostly adding lewds to the game, so I need to balance it out!).

When I mean that I'm working on the menu, it's for the 2025 Anniversary update xD I'll add a button to open the girls stats in the 0.08 hotfix

Maybe adding a smartphone as an item that works like interacting to the computer? I think that would be easier than reworking the menu.

In the menu I don't think so, that's for the big 2025 update (since it basically requires to personalize the whole menu, something that I'm currently working on). But, I think I can map the girls stat to another key/button in the hotfix for 0.08 since that wouldn't be too hard. Also, nice to see you like how the story is going and over all enjoying the game!

Hi! Would it be possible to add a way to see your Control/Friendship stats in the menu? It would just be much more convenient to be able to check them without having to go all the way back to your house. I enjoyed the update! The Audrey scene was a cool addition for the Player's powers. I used an old save and didn't run into bugs as far as I'm aware.

I have a bug where I can't progress learning magic (III). My character had the different prompt from what I believe to be the beginning of the quest. The thing is I didn't do Liz part one before I went to my PC to check on my stats. I think I soft locked myself now by accidentally starting the quest.

Just use any mind control scenes when talking to the girls (sessions give you the most, so I recommend those for farming).
