WIP - Blobs in the Making
🕑 Added 2023-03-01 20:50:40 +0000 UTCOver the past year or so I've been doing a lot of work rebuilding things from the ground up. There were lots of technical issues with the first couple builds I released in early 2022. I had to address these if I wanted to make content more consistently in the future.
One of the big issues was the original blob body used in the Yoga Session build. It had horrible topology, janky texture mapping and was made with way more polygons than necessary. It would have been a bad idea to continue using it.
So I rebuilt it from scratch with extensibility in mind. The topology and texture mapping is clean enough to derive other body shapes from it and they can all share the same clothes and textures without any extra work!
Here's a look at some of the other body shapes I have planned. I wanted a wide one, a long one, a tall one and of course, a well-rounded one. These are all in various stages of completion, but I hope to have some of these new body types available in a future dev build. Which one is your favorite?

Always partial to a butt/belly ratio like the far right, though the one on the middle right is very interesting.

Yeah I want to revisit that shape eventually. It's a fun one! I need to figure out how to get rolling to work in the new physics plugin I'm using.
