19 PATRONS! So close... feedback needed

I'm at 19/20 Patrons. I said way back when if I get to 20 I'd do something else. Now I need to figure out what that thing is and figure out the next goal (50 Patrons?). Anyways, any comments or suggestions are welcome.
I could do a stream, run a game, play in a game, make a special map-set for patrons, build my website, expand to yet another social media account (probably my least favorite possibility), or something else entirely. Anyways, thank you everyone so, so much.

I would definitely be willing to do that. I lost a couple of patrons on the first of the month but if no one else is going to chime in I'm cool with that. The other person who spoke out requested streaming. I'll run a poll this week.

So, I tend to binge scroll through patreon because it's so hard to log in. That being said, I would hold off on any Q&A for 100 and the next milestone being 50. For this one, maybe run a discord game on roll20 with your assets? That would be cross promotional AND awesome!
