More Frequent Polls for Game Content Ideas and Feedback?
🕑 Added 2023-05-04 12:49:27 +0000 UTCHello! As I've mentioned in my latest status update, I wonder if most of you would find it useful to have more frequent polls during the game's weekly/monthly development.
My intention is to make sure that the development process (including content, pace of the game, direction, niche content) aligns with your general interests and preferences.
Because it's often difficult to express this through words and it also takes some of your personal time, would you consider having the option of "voicing" out your opinion through a poll useful?
Of course, this goes without saying, more engagement is better and so on, but I'd need to take a tiny bit of my time everyday to organize the development process and come up with useful polls.
As a preview of what the upcoming poll would be if the general opinion leans towards a Yes, it'd be something like:
- Here's what I've got planned for side content for Day3 at the ISA. Do you think this is enough, too much, too little?
- Do you generally prefer more animations or more static illustrations, or an equal amount of both?
- What part of the upcoming gameplay loop appeals to you the most?
So, as you can see, I need to take a bit of time to come up with general answers to questions like the ones from above and to organize them in a way that'd keep me "accountable" during the course of development.
