Aww, I love this so much. Cyrille and Elouan look so happy in the country, and I’ve been wondering what has been going on with Raziol’s dad. I wonder how much time has gone by, and how long Raziol left Paris for to figure out how to control his vampiric nature. I doubt he would visit his father in person if he thought that there was any chance that he might start going crazy with blood lust.

My exact thoughts! We went from the night after Sulvain's battle with Hargrave to a cottage and established bee hives. Plus it looks like spring/summer....it was summer-ish when Versailles hosted the dance, right? So has it been a year?! Plus Raziol has new clothes and seems to be in control of himself. I would assume he would not return to his Dad until he could guarantee he wouldn't attack him. 🥺

My heart is crumbling to dust seeing Shahid look so worried and aghast. He must have been so concerned as to why he hadn’t come home to tell him all about Versailles.
