the gorilla is 6' 600~ pounds, 100 people is AT LEAST 1853 pounds ( ( (average male weight + average female weigh) / 2) x 100) the people is just too much of a weight advantage. at some point the gorilla is going to be toppled over and the people will just suffocate it. That isn't even accounting for people wrapping themselves around the gorillas arms and legs (even if the gorilla kills them, they will still be wrapped onto the gorillas arm/leg)
