This crazy rollercoaster of a year is almost over, and as always we're sending out a huge THANK YOU for sticking with us for another month. You're all at the top of our 'Nice' list!
We're hoping to have a special Christmas gift for you in the coming weeks, as we’ve heard exciting rumours that Dada Form Zarude may be releasing later this month… stay tuned!
We also wanted to thank you for all the super helpful suggestions that you left on our post last month - you've given us so many ways to improve Swoosh! We'll be taking them all into consideration and will do what we can to make Swoosh the best that it can be.

HOW TO GET ACCESS TO SWOOSH (LEADER, ELITE, MASTER & CHAMPION)
If you have already received access to Swoosh, you don’t need to do this again.
Please visit swooshcreator.com and create an account using your Patreon email address.
Once access has been granted (which usually takes just a couple of minutes, but in rare cases can take up to 24 hours) you will be able to use Swoosh!
OT FEATURE (LEADER, ELITE, MASTER & CHAMPION)
Leaders, Elites, Masters and Champions can all access the OT name feature! To use the OT Name feature, you will first need to trade us two or three Galar-bred Pokemon so that Swoosh can learn your OT name. Custom OT names can only be used with paid priority coin trades.
PKX FEATURE (ELITE, MASTER & CHAMPION)
Elites, Masters and Champions also get access to the PKX feature which allows you to upload custom PKX files to Swoosh - perfect for creating specific Event Pokemon! To use the PKX feature, simply tap 'PKX' near the bottom of the Pokemon creation screen and upload a file. We have a dedicated PKX channel on our Discord where other users share files and useful websites!
FREE SWOOSH COINS (LEADER, ELITE, MASTER & CHAMPION)
If you are a brand-new supporter in December, your free coins will be deposited into your account as soon as you have been granted access to Swoosh.
If you are a returning supporter in December, we will be rolling out the free Swoosh coins in stages this week to ensure that we don't get overwhelmed with trades - we want to make sure you continue to receive your Pokemon quickly!
- Leaders are owed 300 Swoosh coins this month and will receive their code on Saturday 5th December or Sunday 6th December. As this is our biggest group we need to spread the coin payouts over two days, thank you for being patient with us!
- Elites are owed 600 Swoosh coins this month and will receive their code on Friday December 4th.
- Masters are owed 1000 Swoosh coins every month and will receive their code on Thursday December 3rd.
- Champions are owed 1300 Swoosh coins this month and have received their code on Thursday December 3rd.
Please check the email address associated with your Patreon account on your specific date to receive your coins. If you don’t see the email, it may be in your spam folder.
UNLIMITED FREE TRADES (CHAMPION)
Champion tier supporters get UNLIMITED FREE TRADES!
You have access to our free trades feature, which will allow you to trade as many Pokemon as you like without using coins.
Free coin trades are slower than regular trades, especially at busy times. You still have the option to trade using coins for faster trades during busy times!
Please note that free trades are only activated if you do not have any priority coins to spend, otherwise priority trades will be used from your coin balance. Custom OT names cannot be used with free trades.
FREE CREATORPI COINS (ELITE, MASTER & CHAMPION)
Elite, Master and Champion tier supporters are owed UNLIMITED coins for Creatorpi!
If you have already claimed them, you don’t need to do this again.
If you haven’t, please message us here on Patreon with your 3DS Friend Code and we will add the coins to your account within 48 hours.
Note: Unlimited coins are available while you are an active patron of Celadon.
POKEMON TRADES (ELITE, MASTER & CHAMPION)
Elite supporters are owed one Pokemon trade this month, Master supporters are owed three Pokemon trades this month and Champion supporters are owed five Pokemon trades this month.
This can be for Sword & Shield, Sun & Moon or Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon.
We can either give you the equivalent amount of Swoosh coins so that you can make the Pokemon yourself, or you can give us the details and we will make the Pokemon for you and trade to you manually (this option works best for specific Event Pokemon)
Please let us know which option you would prefer! We can manually trade with you on Saturdays but we are happy to work around your schedule.
POKEMON BATTLES (MASTER & CHAMPION)
Pokemon battles will be taking place on Saturday December 19th. Please let us know a time between 5am and 5pm EDT that you would like to battle!
We’ll be taking a little time off over Christmas (unless anything super exciting happens!) so please bear with us if we are a little slower at replying to messages and comments during the Christmas period.
Have a wonderful festive season, no matter what you're celebrating! Things will probably look a little different for us all this year, but we hope you'll still be able to spend time with your family and friends (even if it's just over Zoom!)

Hey Alton! I'm really sorry that you had trouble - we had a problem with Swoosh overnight while we were asleep. Once we woke up we were able to fix it, so it should be working fine now! Please message us here on Patreon if you are still having trouble and I'll get it sorted for you :)

Swoosh isn’t working for me
Hey y’all, I’m guessing the site must be down or under maintenance? Whatever Pokémon I try to upload comes back with a failed once it try’s to go past the in progress stage.
I've been having issues with the swoosh app especially when it comes to creating the pokemon. I love this app and all the wonderful features. If you could resolve the problem for me its greatly appreciated. Thanks again. Charles

Swoosh is 2nd to none with what they’re supposed to provide with out this I wouldn’t be able to compete for those on the fence minus a few jerks who rather be condescending and the stereotypical 2020 d bag in the community, it’s worth it if your trying to compete and experiment with teams you don’t need to associate with anyone, celadon is on point with helping you out granted they are a tiny bit slow it is just a 3 man team in the UK so mind the time differences if your in the US.
