Mother Scarlet and Insecta punched Ezekiel in the chest again, hurling him down to the ground below like a meteor. The impact shattered the earth, scattering dozens of giant boulders everywhere and leaving his body in a burning crater.
BOOOM!
“What’s wrong? You seem quite weak!” Insecta mocked, hovering above him with her insectoid wings. “It feels like you’re missing something—a spark, maybe? Oh, right, that wound must hurt quite a lot, doesn’t it?”
“Y-You damn…! Bastard…!” Ezekiel groaned furiously.
“It seems you know this person, Insecta?” Mother Scarlet asked, realizing that Insecta and Ezekiel knew each other for some strange reason.
“Hahaha! He’s an old friend of mine… Don’t mind that. If we have to kill him, so be it,” Insecta said with a vicious smile. “In fact, I’d love to kill him right now… We have a lot of unresolved business from back then. This is the perfect time, right, Ezekiel?”
Ezekiel boiled with fury as he heard the women talking. He slowly stood up, summoning two gigantic hands made of stone and crystals from the ground, formed mostly from the boulders scattered by his impact.
“This time, for sure…! I’ll make sure to kill you, Insecta!”
RUMBLE!
He roared monstrously as the two massive stone hands rushed toward both women, clashing against them repeatedly in a barrage of dozens of punches. Ezekiel’s power crystallized within the stone arms and hands, covering them with blue and purple crystals that fired lasers everywhere, targeting the two women in a relentless attempt to overwhelm them.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
However, both women unleashed their powerful auras. Mother Scarlet’s aura resembled an endless, spiraling storm of flames, while Insecta’s was a swarm of insects made of shadows and blood energy. These auras helped them parry or defend against the beams as they charged through the stone hands, using their own bodies as weapons!
CRAAASH!
Both of Ezekiel’s magical creations broke apart and exploded into pieces. He gritted his teeth in disbelief and anger, touching the ground with his bare feet and hands. He summoned dozens more fists from the earth, unleashing an endless barrage of punches.
“JUST DIE! YOU CANNOT HOPE TO DEFEAT ME, VERMIN!”
As he screamed and unleashed all his power, he pushed Mother Scarlet and Insecta, preventing them from reaching him. At the same time, he fully concentrated on this task.
Yes, and because he was so focused on this task, he created opportunities…
“I found youuuuu~”
“What?!”
Ezekiel suddenly felt a sharp pain around his legs. Looking behind him, he saw two long tentacles made of bubbling green ooze wrapped around both legs. The acidic ooze from the tentacles was constantly burning and melting his super-hard exoskeleton, slowly weakening him and aiming for the flesh beneath.
“You won’t get away with what you did… You know? Hehehe… Ehehehehe”
Then he saw the full form of the creature—a gigantic, over ten-meter-tall, slime-like monster with countless dissolving skeletons inside. The bodies of the priestess of the Maiden of the Emerald Sea and her paladins were being digested by the monstrous being, fueling it with their lifeforce and souls.
But above all, Ezekiel realized the voice… it didn’t belong to the priestess he thought he’d killed. Not at all. It belonged to a much stronger entity from beyond this realm’s boundaries.
“Damned Outer God! You truly believe you can feast on my glorious self?! Don’t make me laugh! Your religion has no power here! I AM A GOD!”
RUMBLE!
With a furious roar, Ezekiel concentrated all his energy on his legs and kicked both tentacles away, causing them to explode and evaporate into nothing. Simultaneously, he summoned dozens of massive meteors from the sky using his incredible magic, infusing them with crystallized souls and sending them raining down upon the slime.
“PERISH THIS VERY INSTANT, FOR DARING TO FEAST ON MY SACRED FLESH!”
With a ruthless, furious roar, Ezekiel bombarded the slime-like monstrosity with his destructive meteors. Each explosion dealt tremendous damage, causing the giant creature to burst into pieces and rapidly evaporate, leaving only several burning, black craters across the forest!
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
“GAAAAAHHH!”
The monstrous voice from the slime screamed in utter agony as blue and purple flames engulfed everything! Ezekiel laughed, mocking the Outer God’s pathetic vessel made from her followers.
“Hahaha! Such a pathetic vessel! Did you truly believe you could stand against me?! I am only a step away from becoming a God myself. Do you truly believe you stand a chance against my divine might?! Even without my army, I am a—”
BOOOMMM!!!
“GAAAH?!”
Before Ezekiel could finish speaking, a gigantic blue beam struck his back, coming from none other than Ausberth! The ancient king had once again been caught off-guard. The Vampire Noble had finished charging his cannon and fired immediately, causing severe damage to Ezekiel’s back, burning his hard exoskeleton armor and revealing the scorched flesh beneath.
“Y-YOU BASTARD! I WILL NOT TOLERATE YOU ANYMORE!”
With a furious roar, Ezekiel rushed toward the noble. His magic manifested almightily as gigantic hands surged from the ground around Ausberth, destroying his army and crushing hundreds of soldiers into meat paste instantly. Ezekiel then used their souls to further fuel his magic and constructs.
“D-Damn it! That damn bastard isn’t dead yet?! He took two full blows from that attack, which they told me could easily blow up an entire mountain!”
Ausberth screamed in horror, using his technological augments to fly away. The arm covered in mechanical armor glowed, spreading across his back to form a pair of mechanical wings.
The vampire noble witnessed the terrifying destruction of his entire army as Ezekiel raged with anger and vengeance, glaring at him from below.
“You thought you could escape from me?!”
“Aaah!”
Ausberth panicked, pointing his cannon at the monster from above and firing several smaller beams, trying to distract or stop Ezekiel from targeting him from afar while he attempted to flee.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
“Tch! Damn bastard! Come back here!”
Ezekiel screamed, manifesting a giant hand from the ground and swinging it toward the skies, catching Ausberth and smiling viciously as he closed the hand.
“PERISH!”
CRAAASH!
The hand closed as tightly as it could, subjecting the vampire noble to immense weight and pressure that would crush almost anything into paste.
