I looked at the system notification I’d been trying to ignore.
Yeah, it was time. Time to finally see what I’d earned.
And how much time have I left here.
At long last…
This exhausting Class Change Trial was over.
I couldn’t believe it had all started because I came to change my damn class.
But hadn’t I gained far more power than a mere class change could have offered?
Maybe what I’d receive now wouldn’t even compare to the strength I’d cultivated here through training, cultivation, and tackling countless tasks.
Still, let’s see.
Ding!
[Congratulations! You have Completed the {Main Quest}: {Save the World of Bestia}!]
[Rank: SSS+]
[Through the combined efforts of every single person in Bestia, and with the allied forces of the machines led by Zero One, you have achieved the impossible. The world of Bestia has been saved. The Universal Computer is dead, leaving the world without one of its Venerables and the Mother of all Machines.]
[Now, those who managed to survive until the end shall inherit this world. But only by working together—people and machines—will they be able to rebuild it to its former glory… and perhaps, one day, surpass it.]
[Although you’ve made friends and family here, your Soul and Body do not belong in this world. Unfortunately, you must return to your own world, where your family and friends await you.]
[However, you’ve been granted a special reward for your extraordinary efforts and accomplishments.]
[Completion Rewards]: [5,000,000 Plot Points] [100,000,000 EXP] [Favorability with Beasts +1,000,000] [Favorability with Machines +1,000,000] [Favorability with Murim Worldline Inhabitants +1,000,000] [The Universal Computer’s Highly Advanced Circuit Chip Fragment (??? Rank)] x1 [The Universal Computer’s Void Starlight Alloy Fragment (??? Rank)] x1 [Universal Computer’s Artificial Virtual Soul Crystallized Fragment (??? Rank)] x1 [Lucifer’s Crystallized Soul Fragments (SSS+ Rank)] x5 [Lucifer’s Corrupted Miasmic Blood Bottle (SSS+ Rank)] x3 [Demonic Tear of the King of All Evil (SSS+ Rank)] x1]
[Because of your Exceptional Work, you’ve received Additional Rewards]: [Heavenly Treasure Chest of the World of Bestia (SSS+ Rank)] x1 [Artificial Machine Treasure Chest (SSS+ Rank)] x1 [Heavenly Scroll of Forgotten Martial Arts (SSS Rank)] x1 [Super Evolved Nanomachine Injection (SSS Rank)] x1 [Heavenly Skill Book of Murim (SSS Rank)] x1 [Artificial Machine Skill Book (SSS Rank)] x1 [Divine Skill Fusion Ticket (SSS Rank)] x1]
[All of your Plot Point Debt has been paid.]
[Time until Automatic Teleportation back to your Original World: 24 Hours.]
[Time Spent within Dimensions with Time Dilation will not slow the timer.]
[Earned EXP has been accumulated until your Level Cap Increases.]
Oh, well, these rewards…
They were incredibly generous!
Just like my previous trial, I received a trove of materials from my enemies—items I wouldn’t have been able to collect myself.
Like those fragments from the Universal Computer, and even Lucifer!
I earned a ton of EXP and Plot Points, and my debts were fully paid!
I wanted to be thrilled, to feel the rush of excitement, but…
When I thought about those who had to die for me to earn these rewards, all my enthusiasm faded.
I’d trade all of this and more to bring him back…
“A-Anna? Ah! I just noticed! Your right arm is gone?!”
“Ah, yeah…”
“W-We have to heal it! Can’t we use your healing techniques or your mom’s abilities?”
“No, it won’t work… I’m left with one arm forever.”
“E-Eh?”
“Calm down, it’s okay… It’s not like I need it. Look.”
My Aura expanded, forming dozens of arms I could use to dexterously hold or manipulate anything.
This was why I hadn’t cared if all my limbs had to be sacrificed to save my brother… Myriad Self Arts could replace nearly anything.
“Wow… But it’s still not good! You won’t be using your martial arts every second, right? Why can’t it be healed?”
“I don’t know if I can tell you why, but… I received help from someone—someone very powerful. They stopped the Universal Computer for us and weakened her enough so your mother’s sacrifice could destroy her,” I explained hastily. “He’s… someone important to me, but I don’t think I can say who he is, or you might get cursed—not that he would curse you! It’s just… part of his nature now.”
“So you had to give up an entire arm forever for his help…?” Zero One gasped. “I-I wish… I could’ve thanked him, but this price…”
“I’ll be fine,” I shrugged. “Don’t worry.”
“Hmm…” Zero One sighed. “At least, as a final gift, please let me give you something in return, okay?”
“Something in return?” I wondered.
“For everything you’ve done for us…! I-I’ll have it ready in about an hour or two! C-Could you wait for me until then?” she asked.
“Sure.”
And then I watched her rush out of the room… Whatever she was planning to give me; I’d accept it happily. It’d be my last keepsake from this world—and from her.
“And where’s my Class Change, the whole reason I came here?”
Ding!
[Congratulations! You have successfully completed the Class and Subclass Change Trial!]
[Due to your remarkable achievements in this Trial Dungeon, you’ve been selected to receive the strongest available Class and Subclass!]
[Because of how much you helped save this world and the strength you’ve gained, you have skipped two Ranks, further increasing your Bonus Stats and Level Cap.]
[Your Class has Ranked Up from [Nephilim: ★] to [Celestial Gestalt: ★★★]!]
-----
[Celestial Gestalt: ★★★]
A united whole of many souls and bodies that have formed a divine, harmonious legion, perceived as greater than the sum of its parts. This Unique Class belongs exclusively to you and has never been seen before. An evolution of the [Nephilim: ★] class, it further enhances your Celestial Power while combining it with your {Myriad Self Arts} and your Mechanical and Nanomachine Abilities and Skills. The Essence of your Celestial, Angelic Power has evolved through your Martial Arts Training and the Power of the Machines of Another World now dwelling within you.
Your dominance over Demonic Beings remains as potent as ever, but now your Martial Arts, Egos, and Mechanical and Nanomachine Abilities are further enhanced and imbued with immense Celestial and Divine Power, elevating them to new heights.
Little else is known about this mysterious Class, designed solely for you, but this Class will unlock several new Abilities and Skills.
Class Effects:
Increases Light, Holy, Divine, Celestial, Fire, Machinery, Martial Arts, and Soul Elemental Affinity by 300%.
Improves Transformation, Modification, Self-Repair, and Upgrading Abilities of all Mechanical and Nanomachine Skills or other Abilities by 300%.
Increases the Potency of {Myriad Self Arts} by 300% and decreases its Energy Consumption by 30%.
Temporarily increases All Stats by 50% when using any of these three branches of abilities or skills—or all of them at once.
You can now create {Celestial Constructs} through the combination of this Class and these Abilities.
-----
[Your MP, INT, WIS, CHM, DOM, and SOUL Stats have increased by +25,000!]
[You acquired the [Harmonious Celestial Gestalt (S Rank Privilege)]!]
[You learned the [Celestial Legion of Souls and Machines (SSS): Lv1] Innate Skill!]
[You acquired the [First Celestial Gestalt] Title!]
Wait, what?! So this is my new Class! It sounds incredibly strong and intriguing! I never imagined I’d get something like this—a fusion of Myriad Self Arts, my Machine and Nanomachine abilities, and Celestial Powers?
Though it’s unusual, I kind of love it. And those “Celestial Constructs” sound fascinating, even if the details are vague. I can’t wait to see what they can do.
Okay, and now my Subclass should be…
[Your Subclass has Ranked Up from [Cambion: ★] to [Heavenly Demon: ★★★]!]
“…”
For a moment, as I read that message, I fell silent.
I glanced around for a second, staring at the ceiling.
Then I collapsed back onto my bed, still silent.
Thinking.
I don’t know why, but I hesitated to read the subclass description…
But I had to.
I felt something deep within me connecting to a profound legacy.
I couldn’t believe it when I saw it.
It was as if he were there, patting my shoulders, smiling proudly.
“Is this what you wanted…?”
